I chose Yo Yo Ma as my musician of the week because I recently learned that Yo Yo Ma has/had scoliosis (just like I do/did), and had the same corrective procedure that I did. Like Yo, I played cello. Unfortunately, unlike Yo Yo Ma, I was rather pathetic at playing cello, and therefore only played it for one year... Yo Yo Ma on the other hand, plays BEAUTIFULLY!
